Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these terms

By adding BroBot to a Discord server or using it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you add BroBot to a server, you confirm you have permission to do so for that server.

2. Discord's rules

You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using BroBot.

3. Fair use

You must not use BroBot to:

• break the law, harass people, or post hateful, sexual or harmful content;
• spam, scam, or collect other people's personal information;
• try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the bot or its limits;
• pretend to be BroBot or suggest you are connected with us.

4. Your server and your content

Server admins choose how BroBot is set up and are responsible for the settings, wording, links and other content they add, and for how BroBot is used in their server.

5. Casino and gambling features

Casino panels, codes and leaderboards are only for servers and members aged 18 or over. If you use them, you are responsible for following the gambling advertising rules and laws that apply to you and your audience, and for the casino links and codes you add. BroBot is not connected with any casino and does not take part in gambling.

6. Free and Premium

BroBot's free features cost nothing. During the launch offer, Premium features are also free. Premium will later become a paid subscription for a server; we will give notice before that happens, and nothing is ever charged unless you choose to subscribe. Prices and what is included will be shown before you pay, and you can cancel at any time. We may add, change or remove features over time.

7. Availability

We work to keep BroBot online and working, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Discord, Kick or other services may change in ways that affect features.

8. Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data or lost income caused by using, or not being able to use, BroBot. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law.

9. Stopping use

You can remove BroBot from your server at any time. We may stop BroBot working in a server, or for a user, that breaks these terms or Discord's rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use BroBot means you accept the update.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
